Nex Pest Control built its Lyon County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Lyon County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Lyon County crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Lyon County repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
Our Lyon County dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Lyon County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Lyon County properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Lyon County emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Lyon County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Lyon County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Wasp Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Lyon County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Lyon County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Lyon County calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Lyon County quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Lyon County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Lyon County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Lyon County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Lyon County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Years of Lyon County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Lyon County.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Lyon County service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Lyon County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
Nex Pest Control dispatches technicians to every Lyon County neighborhood and the surrounding communities that share the same pest pressure. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Lyon County coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them. Rural properties on quieter roads get the same response standard as those closer to the center of Lyon County — distance rarely changes how quickly we can dispatch.
Most Lyon County calls placed in the morning get a same-day window; anything later typically lands next-day.
